Marketing Your Property

We use proven marketing strategies to reach the right tenants – meaning less days vacant. We have a steady list of people wanting to rent good property so this means that we have a great choice of tenants.

Getting The Right Tenants

Once we have a good pool of candidates to choose from, we use comprehensive tenant vetting processes. This includes credit checks, tenant reviews and tribunal results and orders, looking at criminal history through court judgements and police checks, employment checks, previous landlord checks and more. Getting the right tenant is critical with today’s tenancy laws.

Ensuring increasing returns

Once the right tenants are in, we review the rent annually. An average increase is about five to ten percent at a time, and we feel that it is in your interest to stay in line with the overall market trend. This means that you are confident that your return is being optimised.

Dealing with arrears

We have a strict policy in place around rent arrears and procedures for dealing with them promptly. We generally reach a satisfactory resolution and payment before Tenancy Tribunal proceedings.

Comprehensive inspections

Prior to the tenant moving in, we do a thorough inspection of the property. This often takes a couple of hours and is accompanied by comprehensive photography for referral.. Quarterly inspections are also accompanied by photos and compared to the initial report. This is great protection for your investment.


We have a database of efficient and cost-effective contractors to deal with small issues that arise, and we also advise on any preventative maintenance in order to stop small issues becoming large and expensive ones. This dove tails well with our Healthy Homes compliance.

Payments and Reporting

Payments are made to owners every two weeks and we provide monthly financial reports with easy-to-read statements, as well as an end-of-financial-year summary to make accounting easy.
