About Port Realty

The Harcourts clients for life philosophy is backed up by our Port Realty level of service.

‘To provide an exceptional level of service through a professional team environment where the client’s interests are paramount.’

Franchise owners, Kevin Seymour and Christine Seymour bought the existing Harcourts Pukekohe Franchise 1st September 2018. Already a well respected brand, Kevin and Christine have set about installing an energy and enthusiasm in the office that has made it a business of attraction to buyers, sellers and staff.

‘We give a high level of support and expect our staff and salespeople to give an exceptionally high quality of service to our clients and customers.’

Kevin has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years and has established a strong reputation in the rural field. Moving to Pukekohe in 2012, he quickly became the first port of call for rural real estate solutions in the region. Although Christine has only lived in Pukekohe for five years, she has become a familiar face in the local schools where her creativity and zest for life have enthused her pupils.

Kevin and Christine have large goals for the Pukekohe office, sitting as it does in an area of major population growth. The popular couple are both very involved in the community and are proud of both their office and their team. Kevin says ‘ Franklin and Pukekohe must singularly be the most exciting district in New Zealand. We chose this area because of the people, community and the growth’.

Forever looking to the future, Kevin had a plan when he came here and coined the phrase ‘This is Kevin’s Country’. To buy this business with his life partner has been the fulfilment of his dream.

About Port Realty 201

A Partnership that Works for you.

Kevin Seymour came to Franklin in 2012 and immediately coined the phrase ‘This is Kevin’s Country’. Coming from a rural East Coast background he felt comfortable here. This was to be home. Kay Wain had worked as Kevin’s trusted sales associate for five years.

Christine moved here to Kevin’s Country from the North shore. As life partners, the pair are inseparable, well known for holding hands as they walk down the street. The couple have become prominent members of the Franklin community.

A coffee with Kim-Maree sparked an idea, a light bulb moment shared from first mention. There was mutual respect and trust, a long history of two strong brands. Merge the two and create a force to be reckoned with.

Kay had earned her place as a business partner. The four of them combined life experiences and strengths creating a ‘partnership made in heaven’.
They have the same philosophy ‘learn lessons from the past but do not look back. The view in the front is much broader and has the opportunity attached. Look forward’.

What will this business look like in two years’ time? Follow them and find out!

These four, together with the strong and valued backing of the Harcourts management will not stop here.
